Domasta's Role

Domasta is a classifieds platform that provides guided tools to sellers, buyers, and investors. Domasta is not a brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and is not a party to any real estate transaction.

Money Handling

Domasta does not hold deposits, purchase funds, or escrow. Transaction funds flow through the seller's legal counsel's trust account or another appropriate professional channel arranged by the parties.

Investor Fees

Investor access uses a flat success fee paid only on close, not a percentage commission. Fee details are shown before any paid commitment.
